Before your appointment:

• Please inform our team of the first day of your most recent menstrual period, where applicable.
• Confirm whether any tests require collection on a particular day of your menstrual cycle.
• Inform our team if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing fertility treatment.
• Advise us of hormonal medications, contraceptives, supplements or other treatments you are taking.
• Continue prescribed medications unless your treating healthcare professional advises otherwise.
• Bring relevant previous laboratory results, if available.

Important: Hormone levels vary with individual circumstances and menstrual-cycle timing. Test suitability, specimen collection and preparation requirements are subject to clinical assessment and confirmation by Al Mashaher Medical Centre.

Please note: This package includes laboratory investigations and a basic vital signs assessment. A gynaecologist consultation is not included. Patients are encouraged to discuss their results with their treating healthcare professional.
